Ed Kaplan has over 25 years experience in Human Resources as well as and executive search, Management Consulting. He founded Personnel Dynamics, Inc. in 1982 to provide small and medium-sized organizations with the expertise larger companies rely on.

Before founding Personnel Dynamics, Ed held senior level positions such as Director of Corporate Human Resources with Quaker Oats; Regional Personnel Manager - Digital Equipment Corporation; District Manager at Sperry Univac (UNISYS); and Executive Recruiter with United Air Lines. He has also taught in Webster University’s Masters in Management Program. Ed has a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Consulting assignments have focused on strategic planning, developing policies employee and handbooks, conducting executive searches, teaching supervisory workshops, structuring compensation programs, and implementing drug awareness programs.

Personnel Dynamics works with managers to provide action oriented Human Resources Plans on a retained or project basis.
