Human Resource Consultants

Work for Personnel Dynamics as an independent contractor. Unique opportunity to provide Human Resources support on a variety of assignments. Most assignments can be done from your residence when you have time. Some may require some on site meetings.

Assignments will include working with other consultants on staffing, compensation, benefits, and Employee Relations projects and providing advice and counsel for clients. You should have a BS/MBA in HR and 2-4+ years generalist experience, knowledge of PC's using MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and the Web. Beyond education and years of experience, I need smart, motivated, creative people who can think through a problem and research to represent the organization in a professional manner.

This opportunity is only available to Chicago area people. A non-compete, confidentiality agreement must be executed prior to beginning an assignment.
